Add Library improved. Recognizes Library better and prohibits to add the User Folder.

Crashes when changing a layers -fixed
Audio Browser shows in the Main Folders a (Volume) or (Library) if the folder stands for a volume or library.
For a library with defined GUID in library.xml and an “audio” folder the audio folder is shown in Audio Browser.
Drag&Drop crashes fixed
MIDI Program Change fixed
“Resave all” removed from Layer menu. “Update audio file url(s)” in Browser Batch Processing added.
Improved Elastique Performance
If there was no WAVES license during scanning of plug-ins, the program could not be accessed any more (license dialog in background)
